Job Summary: Resource for Banner Spreadsheet Budgeting Replacement
A Community College is seeking an experienced professional to support a project aimed at replacing the Ellucian Spreadsheet Budgeting utility, with implementation planned for early next year. The resource will assist in the following key areas:
- Chart of Accounts Assessment and Updates
- Review and update the Chart of Accounts (COA) structure, focusing on "Level 1 Account Types" to align with Ellucian's new Salary Planner functionality.
- Utility Deployment and Training
- Conduct demonstrations, provide training sessions, and oversee the deployment of the replacement utility to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Facilitate updates to all necessary finance and position control tables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ellucian Banner or similar financial systems.
- Expertise in Chart of Accounts structuring and salary planning.
- Strong training and deployment skills, with a focus on utility replacements.
- Ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure successful project completion.
